If you are not fully satisfied with an item for any reason, you can return or exchange your undamaged, unwashed, and unworn item(s) along with the original receipt to receive a prompt refund or exchange.
Given that we import these unique items from various parts of the world, there may be instances where certain products are sold out and cannot be exchanged. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the returned product, excluding the cost of return shipping.
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. Items returned after this 7 day period cannot be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Returned items must be sent back unused, in their original packaging, and in new condition. We cannot be held liable for items that are damaged or lost during the return shipment, so we recommend using a trackable and insured mail service.
Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment for the product, minus the shipping fees.
